When we are engaged in leadership, we are engaged in “creating a future that does not yet exist.” How we express that future, the words we use, the conviction in our voice, the emotional force behind those words and our sense of self as we do so are all core to our effectiveness as leaders.
Leader’s Voice®, while addressing some skills that will help an individual communicate as a leader more effectively, is more about uncovering and releasing what is already there, inside them, waiting to be fully expressed. The process touches on the entire individual exploring their values, emotions and intellect, their physical presence and sense of self, often confronting the past as they do so, to enable a more powerful presence.
“Born” in Abbey Road Studios in London, Leader’s Voice®️ is run in professional sound studios to assure a unique and quality environment for working with voice – so the programme can take place in most cities around the world. Professional quality mobile studio equipment is also available to facilitate both specific needs as well as one-to-one interventions in a wide variety of locations.
Leader’s Voice® has built strong relationships with Kore Studios in West London, Castlesound Studios in Edinburgh and Sound & Motion Studios in Johannesburg; the programme has also been run in studios in a number of other European cities.

How does it work?
Over two days, the programme uses a combination of high-quality audio recording and playback, feedback, active individual coaching, small group work and physical exercises. Participants bring a piece of writing that has particular resonance for them and also the basic points of a work-related leadership message they are planning to communicate.
Work on both pieces is interwoven with a range of leadership content elements over 2 days, enabling participants to work towards expressing their leadership with purpose, intent and power.
Every participant has a briefing call with one of the programme facilitators to ensure they are prepared, and a follow-up coaching call 6 weeks after the programme, in order to support sustaining their learning.
