Individual coaching is at the core of our services. An approach which reflects your needs, Delta’s approach and our joint talents will emerge as we sit down and talk.

One of our key beliefs is the value our systemic approach to coaching offers clients looking for a different approach to development programmes.

When a number of coaches are working within an organisation we suggest forming a fluid and non-bureaucratic performance network. The network shares, discusses and thinks about the themes that have emerged one-to-one coaching programmes. Members include all the stakeholders in the process: clients, clients’ managers, different coaches and sponsors of the programme. We safeguard Individual client confidentiality while opening up the ideas they’ve generated to a wider constituency and, ultimately, to the organisation as a whole. The network’s varied experience, skills and understanding enriches the insights and helps members’ and the organisations learn in real time

Our belief in the power of networks to transform individual development work into a means of group and organisational learning underlies many of the structured interventions we have developed. They range from Shadow Coaching in which we build your capacity to run a sustainable coaching culture within your organisation, to the Leader’s Voice, an innovative, self-discovery programme for senior leaders .
