approach to coaching offers clients looking

a number of coaches are working within an organisation
we suggest forming a fluid and non-bureaucratic
performance network. The network shares, discusses
and thinks about the themes that have emerged
one-to-one coaching programmes. Members include
all the stakeholders in the process: clients,
clients’ managers, different coaches and sponsors
of the programme. We safeguard Individual client
confidentiality while opening up the ideas they’ve
generated to a wider constituency and, ultimately,
to the organisation as a whole. The network’s
varied experience, skills and understanding enriches
the insights and helps members’ and the organisations
learn in real time
