Hess Corporation Embed Technical Coaching into Leadership Roles

Global energy company Hess Corporation has recently launched a new programme, designed by Delta Partnership, to develop the skills of its senior professionals engaged in technical coaching within its Exploration & Production business.

Hess recognise that effective workplace coaching is essential to the ongoing and accelerated development of both young and experienced staff across the organisation.

Adapted from Delta Partnership’s core Technical Coaching programme this bespoke series of interventions aims to build individuals technical coaching competence and skills as part of their leadership role, whilst assisting them to incorporate coaching into their busy day-today jobs.

Launch of the Whole Coach Announced The Whole Coach

In partnership with the NTL Institute, Delta Partnership is delighted to announce the launch of the Whole Coach in 2009.

Aimed at those people looking to start a career as an Executive Coach or those who are new to the field, the Whole Coach is an intensive 12 month academic programme offering a professional qualification in Executive Coaching.
