Founding partners, Ken Ideus and Marion Pidgeon
first met in Colombia , South America in 1994
while doing business with a mutual client. A year
later, in the UK, they had both moved on from
internal corporate careers to independent consulting
focused on the behavioural aspects of business.
Ken was in the process of setting up a virtual
consultancy drawing on behavioural consultants
with their own successful practices and in discussions
with Marion he discovered that this approach aligned
with her values and way of thinking entirely –
and so began an enduring business relationship
and what has since become Delta Partnership.
The
Delta network operates on both traditional and
emergent organisational concepts, mirroring in
its own structure the principles it professes;
products and services are linked to the single
mission of raising the level of development and
performance of both individuals and organisations
through the use of an integral approach, with
the network held together by shared values, goals
and purpose and a balancing drive for difference
and diversity.
Members of our network come from diverse backgrounds – from psychologists to learning & development professionals and senior line managers. Their experience is international, both in geographic terms as well as cross-culturally. Supporting diversity and inclusion is a fundamental principle of how we operate our own network business and our consultants role model this principle in its broadest sense in all of their work. Diversity, for us, includes gender, ethnicity, national cultures, approach, professional disciplines, attitude and behaviours. Inclusion, for us, goes beyond being invitational and welcoming and extends to the inclusion of diverse backgrounds and thinking to generate improved outcomes and working experiences.
